It was great and nearby architecture was stunning

The rooms were very clean and felt new. Same for overall property. Staff was very pleas and helpful. The location was very good.

Good location. Tremendous staff. Clean and comfortable. Special thanks to receptionist Eva. She was so patient and helpful in helping me arrange train tickets. Staff also provided umbrellas for us during the days it rained

Location is excellent. Close to funicular down/up from river. Convenient to metro an ubers. Parking was very tight even for smaller car. Sinage for hotel was not visible from street when arriving by car. Room was spartan and had not good view. Since it was shoulder season rooom temp couldn't be regulated except by opening the window which only opened about 6 inches). No closet, table, chair. counter, etc.

- Simple and contemporary room design. Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean and quiet. - Superb location because the hotel is within a 10-min walk to Porto São Bento train station and to Bolhão metro station. Very close to the Santa Catarina shopping street and the Mercado do Bolhão. It was also very easy to walk to other attractions like the Torre dos Clérigos, the Luís I Bridge and to the Gaia area for our wine tour, and a 30-min walk to Jardins do Palácio de Cristal.
